NICK MASSED  (Coach,  Class of 2016)


Nick Massed coached in the same School Indoor Soccer League that Jack Keegan helped to found. From 1980 to 1997 (with the exception of 1988) Nick coached schoolboy indoor soccer. He had three championship teams, 1980 (Tea Men), 1989 (Jets), and 1996 (Young Guns).


In 1995 he coached outdoors in the Summer Soccer League. In 1998 he became Director of the Warren Youth Association Summer Soccer Program-a position he held until 2002. In 2002 he coached the Warren Youth Association Under-Twelve Girls to a Divisional Championship and the Championship of the Barrington Invitational Tournament.



In 2003 he coached the Under-Twelve Girls to a Super Liga Spring Championship. In 2004 he coached the Under-Nineteen Girls Team to Super Liga and Rhode Island Cup Championships. In 2006 he lead the Under-Sixteen Girls to the Super Liga and Rhode Island Cup Championships. In 2009 he took the Under-Nineteen  Girls to the Rhode Island Cup Title.



His last championship team was the 2010 when his Under-Nineteen Girls Team was the Spring Super Liga Champions.
